Terrible print quality on my hoodie, an iron transfer would be better than that. Worst print quality of all print to order companies I've ever bought from.

Don’t reply to messages. Item I received was so poorly printed I might as well just used my Epson printer and glued the paper to the T-shirt. Seriously don’t bother

Their stock is interesting and imaginative, but only for the patient. I ordered a simple pair of socks weeks ago and paid an exorbitant fee to have them shipped to my home. I am still waiting for them to arrive. Apparently that exorbitant shipping fee was enough to attach the socks to the saddle of a horse and then hope for the best. The socks are meant to be a birthday present. I can only hope the birthday boy will receive them one day, but it certainly won't be on his birthday.

The pictures of (for instance) shirts are WAY more vivid than the actual shirts, where the images on them are dull and blurred. This is no substitute for redbubble. Quality is low. ????

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I paid extra for express shipping and my order was not even shipped on the day I was supposed to get it. Every time I check it said processing. I called customer service multiple times and every single time they said it was going to be shipped on that day. Customer service is not the best and they are not as helpful. Called on different days, was never shipped and was told the same thing. I’m still waiting on my refund.

My husband got me an Apple Watch band for Christmas. When it came in, the work was sloppy and poor quality. The words on the band were too zoomed in, so the words were hanging off the edges of the band. In addition, there were light blue marks on the white band where the holes were supposed to be poked, and the holes were all poked beneath the blue dot. This resulted in light blue markings all over the watch that weren’t supposed to be there. When I reached out and asked for a refund, they asked me to send the watch back, which I had no problem doing. I asked them if they were going to refund my shipping that I was paying to ship the watch back, because I didn’t think it was right to be out any money for a product that was clearly extremely sloppy. There was no effort put into it at all. After asking four different times, they finally responded that they would reimburse shipping costs. I had a weird feeling that they were going to try to stiff me on the return shipping because it took me so long to get a straight answer out of them. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The cheapest shipping method was around $12. I shipped the watch band back and emailed them a copy of the receipt showing the shipping costs and the address to prove it was the receipt for the shipping to them. I received an email that said my order had been refunded. I checked the refund amount, and sure enough, they hadn’t refunded the return shipping costs as promised. I emailed them and requested the remainder of the refund and they played dumb and retracted their previous promise to reimburse me the return shipping costs, and now they won’t reply to my emails. These people are extremely sketchy, the products are like the awful fake China products where you think you’re getting something good and it’s cheap and sloppy. I paid $12 out of pocket for a product I sent back to them, for a problem that was their fault. I will NEVER buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Print quality is Fantastic. Fast shipping. Will definitely be buying from Artist Shot in the future.

Amazing shop for artistic designs with unique service .

I was NOT told the return shipping cost to me was an estimate. I was told it would be NO more than $8.00 and it cost me $14.90 to send back a jacket to you that was ugly! This company will NOT pay for return shipping! I understand that the outline I am talking about is part of the design and the design is horrible! I was also told on November 20, 2020 that my money had already been refunded back to me. Well that was a lie! FINALLY the refund appeared on my bank statement yesterday which was December 1, 2020. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
